Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number where applicable.
